Winter/Spring 2008 - The inaugural Show & Grow Series July 2007 - SHAKESPEARE: THE REMIX Direct from New York City, SHAKESPEARE: THE REMIX is a hip-hop musical that pits Shakespeare himself against the fresh rhymes of a hip-hop loving high schooler. A battle between then and now that sheds new light on both... A special performance on July 21 also included more than a dozen young people that had worked with Aaron Jafferis and Vanessa Soto during three workshop sessions. One group presented a play that was written collaboratively. The other group demonstrated acrobatics and movement techniques used for storytelling.
